Using words to describe what our intuition tells us makes it easy for us and our child to express what we feel. It helps you validate our "inner child withins" experiences without having to justify them. It also conveys the message to our child that "we now understand", "we believe our child within", "we recognise the child withins energy as real". Some words we can use are: vibes (good vibes and bad vibes), my child within, my gut feelings, my hunch, my feeling, yucky feeling, feeling grounded (present) or ungrounded (spacey) feeling dissociated, feel wide open (too sensitive to other's energy). Whatever words feel right to us, ARE right for us as long as they use our child withins voice.
